If an item is unsuitable or faulty please send an email to info@sevenfootcowboy.com before making a return.
Returned goods can be exchanged or refunded.
EXCHANGES
All exchanges are based on stock availability.
REFUNDS
We will confirm receipt of the returned item and process your refund via the method paid. e.g by PayPal or via Credit Card/Debit Card.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Please send the items in their original condition and to us within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with original tags still attached.
You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged. Seven Foot Cowboy Jeans Corporation Limited is not responsible for returned orders which are either lost or damaged, this is the sole responsibility of the sender.
Important information for International customers.
Please mark returned packages "Returned Items". Seven Foot Cowboy Jeans Corporation Limited will incur import charges and taxes if this is not written on the package and customs form. Your Return will also take longer to process.
